New feature - automatically scrolls ListView when delegate dragged out of visible area

It would be great if there was an easy way to achieve functionality from the summary. Sometimes it is necessary to change the position of some items from the ListView. If the area of the ListView is limited, then we are not able to see all elements. 

So what I want to have is the behaviour of the ListView scrolling when the currently dragged item is close to or even outside the visible area of the list.
