Qt breaks Arabic shaping on a non-spacing mark (e.g. ARABIC OPEN FATHATAN)

    Description

      It seems some marks breaks Arabic shaping in all Qt apps. I see this in kate and calligra so I tested with the lineedit example demo and the issue is available there too. e.g. If I type ARABIC OPEN FATHATAN (U+08F0) between two Arabic characters, it breaks shaping. Instead of showing like this:
      ضࣰا
      it shows like this
      ضࣰ ا
