HorizontalHeaderView prevents touchpad from clicking on TabBar

    Description

      With the attached QML code, clicking on the second tab does nothing, unless the HorizontalHeaderView is commented out (in which case the tab bar switches to that tab as normal). This is reproducible with the Fusion, Material, Basic and Imagine styles. Hover effects to work as normal. Using a touch screen works after the second tap (the first tap is ignored).
