Verify and update 5.15 to support building with Xcode 14.1

      We should verify and update Qt 5.15 to support building with Xcode 14

      Reason:
      Starting April 25, 2023, all iOS and iPadOS apps submitted to the App Store must be built with the iOS 16.1 SDK or later, included in Xcode 14.1 or later.

      Qt 5,15, will be supported with LTS for the subscription users until 26 May 2025:
