QtGRPC interoperability tests with independent gRPC cloud service

    Description

      gRPC is becoming one of the established RPC and API frameworks. Google provides most of their services as either a REST API or as an RPC API.

      The proposal is to create a new example which shows how to use Qt gRPC to connect to one of those service endpoints.
