InputPanel constructed with too small width makes some buttons too small

    Description

      Constructing InputPanel with too small width causes shift, symbol and backspace buttons to stay very small even if the InputPanel is resized larger size.

      To reproduce, run attached example and press the button to resize the keyboard.
