Default qsb to Qt 6.5 compatibility

      The qsb files baked with current dev qtbase QShader are not compatible with Qt 6.5 anymore (since https://codereview.qt-project.org/c/qt/qtbase/+/460928 ). This means that when exporting effects with dev QQEM you mostly need to remember to change the export version from "Latest" to "Qt 6.5 compatibility".

      Instead, make Qt 6.5 compatibility the default value.
