Support using "qmlformat" as a part of QML LSP

    Description

      It would be handy to be able to have the functionality of "qmlformat" as a part of QML LSP so that there is no need to call a separate tool.

      Phase I: for 6.6 and will support formatting of an entire QML document

      Phase II: TBD, incl formatting of selected code segments

      LSP seems to support this extension:
