doc: write documentation for qmlls

    Description

      When searching the docs for qmlls, only following result is yielded:

      This means that people can find out that it exists, but do not know anything about it.

      ​

      Ideally, we should have an own page for qmlls (as soon as its more usable) that explains what it can do, what it can't, and link to how to set it up for various editors.
