[REG: 5.15.8->5.15.13] ODBC driver does not work anymore

There are a couple of issues:

• Stored procedures fail to run
• There is a behavior change with varchar(1) types and QStrings

Also record(...).count() does not work. But looks like it didn't consistently work before either, but something around that seem to have changed (what worked before now doesn't work).
