Delaunay is already doing line-by-line intersections and can easily check if an intersection is found between two constrained edges. In this case, it should bail out with a warning. As a follow-up later, we could pass this error backwards through the stack and do a second full pass on QPainterPath::simplified() instead, in order to get something sensible out.
