Clicking on link to NO_RESOURCE_TARGET_PATH target doesn't work

    Description

      When in Creator:

      • F1 on qt_add_qml_module
      • Ctrl+F "no_res"
      • click on NO_RESOURCE_TARGET_PATH link - get taken back to the top of the page instead of to the correct section
