Assess impact of fetch() in qtdeclarative

One of the implementation candidates under the REST helper umbrella is fetch().
Fetch() itself is a function, but supporting it also implies several new datatypes.

As a pre-move to implementing it assess how to fit these in qtdeclarative module (what would go where exactly)

A major underpinning of this task is also familiarization with the qtdeclarative module for yours truly.
