Missing edge when triangulating some SVGs

When triangulating certain SVGs we get missing link warnings, for instance https://freesvg.org/lady-with-playing-cards

The weird thing is that there are no self-intersections reported, so it should be possible to find a valid triangulation including all the edges. Looking at the error case itself, it seems to involve two points that are almost identical:

Point 25 and point 4 here appear to be the same point (the start and end point in a closed path), but with different indexes.
