Designer crashes when manipulating menus

1. Open the Designer and create a main window
2. Create a menu in the main window by typing the text "MyMenu".
3. Create an action inside the previous menu called "My New Action 1".
4. Create another action below the previous one called "My New Action 2".
5. Try to reorder the actions with drag and drop.
6. The program does not work and sometimes crashes

This problem is quite relevant considering that it is not possible to reorder the menu actions. When using older versions of Designer such as 5.15 , it works perfectly.
