macos: Pure shortcuts don't get triggered when on Ukrainian layout

See the attached examples both in QtWidgets and in QtQuick.

When pressing the cut/copy/paste shortcuts (Cmd+X, Cmd+C, Cmd+V keys in the keyboard) in the English or Spanish layout it works fine, but when on the Ukrainian layout the shortcuts do not trigger.

Interestingly it seems that if the shortcut is in the menubar (Cmd+S in this example) then it works (only in the QtWidgets case, not in the QtQuick one).
