[Reg 6.2 -> 6.3] Opening a QComboBox pop-up on macOS causes parent window flags to be ignored

      This regression is caused by 4c78ef80ca7573cd2eb054cdf1667837b43e6c58.

      Using the attached test case, open the QComboBox and notice that the min button of the window becomes enabled when the pop-up opens and zoom becomes enabled when the pop-up closes.
