meta-qt6 has undeclared dependency on meta-python

Since the fix for QTBUG-112774 was merged, the meta-qt6 layer depends on the meta-python layer, any effort to compile without will result in the following error:

ERROR: No recipes available for:
  .../meta-qt6/recipes-devtools/python/python3-appdirs_1.4.4.bbappend

The patch was probably intended to be optional, i.e. to be referenced by BBFILES_DYNAMIC only. One option is to move over only the python3-appdirs_1.4.4.bbappend file. On the other hand, the whole recipes-devtools/python directory looks like it only works if meta-python is available.

I am having trouble with just pasting the required sed command in here (some of the backslashes get eated), so attached a git patch with a suggested solution.
