Switching between normal and fullscreen video on N8 using OpenVG graphics system causes crash

      Platform: ARMV5 UREL
      Compiler used: ARM/Thumb C/C++ Compiler, RVCT2.2 [Build 686]
      Application: Mediaplayer demo
      Launched from: App launcher

      Steps to reproduce:
      1. Launch qmediaplayer
      2. Open a video clip
      [Video playback starts as expected]
      3. Enable full-screen by double-tapping on the video
      [Video goes to full-screen as expected]
      4. Disable full-screen by double-tapping on the video
      [Video goes to non-full-screen as expected]
      5. Enable full-screen by double-tapping on the video
      [Problem A: qmediaplayer crashes]
      6. Launch qmediaplayer
      7. Open a video clip
      [Problem B: playback fails with error: "Loading clip failed: Audio or video components could not be played"]

      Note that the attached four patches, which address issues in the NGA variant of the video playback in the Phonon MMF backend, do not fix this problem on the N8.

      Switching to the raster graphics system, the problem was not observed.

      Building Qt from the same source, and testing on a 5800, the crash is not observed, but QTBUG-11379 occurs instead.
