[Qt TextToSpeech] Resume function restarts the speech instead of resume it on Android

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open https://doc.qt.io/qt-6/qttexttospeech-hello-speak-example.html on Android.
2. Start the speech. 
3. Pause the speech.
4. Resume the speech. 

Expected: Speech can be resumed.

Actual: Speech is restarted.

Reproducibility:  100%

NOTES: It works well on other platforms - iOS, Windows, macOS, Linux
