Description
Expose the QNetworkInformation to QML. Probably exposing everything is not necessary at first phase, but at least "reachability" and "transport medium" 
The location of the binding is in qtdeclarative module, but TBD if it's part of the pre-existing Core QML module, or if this should start a new "Network QML" module.
