Add a token to the message logger that prints the time delta since the previous message

Currently there's a few tokens that print system time or boot time (e.g. {{ %

}}, but there isn't a convenience to print the time delta since the last message (with an option to choose per-thread, that is, last message emitted by the current thread; or across all threads).

Do you think this is worth adding?
