Provide a project build/run time option for switching on/off appstore-compliant feature

    Description

      The appstore-compliant feature needs to be configured during building-from-source process (and is off by default), which causes trouble sometimes. It will be nice if the feature can be switched on/off as a project build/run time option.

      It is reportedly that there is such plan (or being considered at least). So I issue this report to track the process.
