Tooltips should be aware of X Cursor dimensions

If a Qt application is run with the X Cursor options modified, for example:

XCURSOR_SIZE=64 XCURSOR_THEME=whiteglass

Then this cursor can interfere with objects such as tooltips. The toolips should be aware of the dimensions of the cursor and position themselves accordingly.
