[WebEngine] Incorrect name of the app is shown in the system location permission pop up

Steps to reproduce:

1. Build any web engine app which requires location permission, e.g. maps or browser, and open maps.
2. Click on the pin, so that the app tries to localize the place where you are and asks for permission. 

Expected: The name of the running app appears.

Actual: Name of other previously built or installed app appears in the popup, e.g. I'm running maps, but the popup asks me for permission for declarative-camera, when I removed declarative-camera it asks me for text editor. 

Reproducibility:  100%

NOTE: It does not happen with other permissions like disk or photos.
