Document qtwayland cmake commands

    Description

      qtwayland has 2 commands which apparently public api, but not documented.

      qt6_generate_wayland_protocol_client_sources
      qt6_generate_wayland_protocol_server_sources

      We should either mark them private somehow, or document them (perhaps after an api review if anything needs to be changed).
