Different camera inputs on Qt 5.15.2 and Qt 6.5.1

Inconsistent camera/video inputs between Qt 5.15 and 6.5 on Windows.

When run under Qt 5.15 my app sees (QtMultimedia.availableCameras):

• Integrated camera
• OBS Virtual camera

When run with Qt 6.5.1 I get from (ffmpeg or windows backend, no difference) MediaDevices videInputs:

• Integrated camera
• Integrated IR camera

OBS Virtual camera is missing. Both of the above do produce video.
