PDF printengine embeds Déjà vu sans bold in a lousy quality instead on falling back on Arial in such cases.

      This only happens in QWS, but we'd gain on the size of the pdf produced by not embedding fonts that are already supported (in that case /BaseFont /Helvetica,Bold would do).
