Get rid of redundant classes that are in public API

      We have redundancy now, that the rendering engine is QtQuick3D. We should have no need for:

      • Q3DCamera
      • Q3DLight
      • Q3DObject

      and perhaps some others. Get rid of these, as they already have equivalents in QtQuick3D.
