Description

I noticed that there are no settings for Qt Designer/Linguist/Assistant to change the displayed language. Compared to Qt Creator on Windows, we can go to "Edit -> Preferences -> Environment -> Interface -> Language" to change the displayed language.

It seems that these Qt Tools will automatically choose the language, if available, based on the current OS system's locale.

Suppose that a Chinese developer stays in Japan and its computer's locale is set to Japan currently. If it tries to open its Qt Designer, the displayed language will be Japanese theoratically. However, it might want the displayed language be Chinese or at least English.

Therefore, I hope these Qt Tools can provide the same settings, provided by Qt Creator, to change the displayed language.
