Fix remaining QML module definitions to use QML_ELEMENT

When porting to Qt 6, all the main Wayland Compositor types were ported to the new QML_ELEMENT mechanism, but the ones in plugins still use manual registration. To get automatic qmltypes generation etc. we should move these to the new system.
