Qt apps fail to start when I build Qt 4.7 with win32-msvc2010 on Windows 7 x64

    Description

      I have built a 64 bit version of qt 4.7 (get source code from git) using visual studio 2010 under a windows 7 x64 machine. I build a sample program in qt and it runs well in both debug and release version. But the program in /bin directory such as desinger.exe, assistant.exe and linguist.exe can't run, it seems that when I run them an access violation has occured.
