Bold text for fonts without bold glyphs

      I'm not sure if this should be a feature request or a bug report, but Qt doesn't bold fonts that don't have a separate bold font file with bold glyphs. It would be nice to have Qt automatically display a bold version of a font, even if it doesn't have a file (like it does with italics; if there isn't an italic font file Qt will shear the font automatically). Most modern word processors do this (OpenOffice, Word, etc.) so you can bold all fonts. This would be very handy!
