Unable to play H264 file using "windows" backend

Using the backends "windows" (Qt 6) or "windowsmediafoundation" (Qt 5), the attached file fails to play. The QML Media Player Example reports "Unsupported media, a codec is missing" even though WMF supports H264 (https://learn.microsoft.com/it-it/windows/win32/medfound/supported-media-formats-in-media-foundation )

The "ffmpeg" backend can play the file, so this issue is slightly different from QTBUG-112633 which also affects the "ffmpeg" backend.
