Add TableViewDelegate

    Description

      TableView lives in QtQuick, so it doesn't have any styling.

      A TableViewDelegate can give TableView the proper platform styling.
      It will also simplify the API (make it easier to make use of delegates).

      Inspiration from TreeViewDelegate?
