Hangman example aka In-App purchasing demo has following issues:

• The binary can't be written at linking phase to case insensitive file systems since there is qml module with the same name: binary is hangman and qml module is Hangman
• It's not clear to the use what exactly can be done with the demo. Documentation doesn't explain this nor when launching the application this is clear
