Description
We are currently using the latest available commit on 6.2 branch of meta-qt6: https://code.qt.io/cgit/yocto/meta-qt6.git/commit/?h=6.2&id=314b0b2d15c8fe6247997ee7f643aa64d26eb886
1- At this commit hash the PV for qtbase is 6.2.4, but the SRCREV it sets for qtbase recipe is 7a5b98e0fefcbf061cb9e3d9edecc75fff364519 which is only available in 6.2 branch of the qtbase project (and not the 6.2.4 branch).
2- Secondly, there are 6.2.y branches for meta-qt6 as well, whereas the branching strategy mentioned in the README states that minor version branches will follow the strategy 6.x
These discrepancies are confusing because we want to support the latest opensource version of Qt for our customers. Can you please shed light on #1 and #2 above.
Thanks and best regards
