[Possible regression 6.4->6.5] Qt Designer 6.5.1 does not handle QTabWidget correctly at the first place

      .ui file to be tested is attached. Open it using Qt Designer that comes with 6.5.1, then there will be only 1 tab visible, while there are actually 3. Unless you click each tab (mXXXXXTabPage) from Object Inspector so that each tab appears on clicking, 2 tabs are invisible upon opening.

      The issue was not reproducible by 6.4 Qt Designer. So I guess it is probably a regression.
