Clip optimization in QQuickDeliveryAgentPrivate::pointerTargets is too aggressive

      To repro: (open main.qml )

      1. Click the red rect => console: "qml: rect"
      2. Check the "clip" checkbox
      3. Click the red rect => (nothing)

      Expected output:

      1. Click the red rect => console: "qml: rect"
      2. Check the "clip" checkbox
      3. Click the red rect => console: "qml: rect"
