Description
It seems that changing either Hue, Saturation or Value will change the other two values (unpredictably). And sometimes depending on what the starting values are for the HSV component, we cannot enter the desired value for say Hue. If I enter 305 for Hue, it will change to 300 or 304 or completely different. See the attached video that compares the color dialog from 6.4.2 using the "Standards Dialog" example.
