Changing screen positions does not get updated correctly

    Description

      Screen geometries don't always update in multi monitor setup when dragging (non-primary) monitors around.

      In Qt 5, WM_DISPLAYCHANGE event is ignored if resolution/depth didn't change. This seems to work in Qt 6 where it seems to always update screens.
