    Description

When I open the Open File dialog, all of my dotfiles in my home directory are listed. I can right-click the file view and turn off "Show hidden files", but this setting is not persisted when I restart Qt Creator open the dialog again (no restart of Qt Creator required).

I am using the Qt 6 Fusion fallback dialog and not the Plasma file picker portal, which may make a difference. I'm also running Wayland, but the problem is replicable on X as well, which makes sense.
