QListWidget mouseMoveEvent with key pressed trigger unpredictable item selection change

Ideally single clicked the item checkbox, the item selection state should not change. But for some reason such as handshakes or mouse issue that will trigger a mouseMoveEvent, the selection will be changed and unpredictable.
