Description
The task is to lower GPU/CPU utilization during media playback by keeping decoded video textures on GPU all the way from decoding to display with FFMPEG video player when RHI is running OpenGL backend.
OpenGL rendering backend is used in webengine, that's why it's important to have efficient hw texture conversion.
