QElapsedTimer::hasExpired should have chrono overload

      It would be nice, if QElapsedTimer methods will accept std::chrono types,
      like QTimer do.

      And will have overload like this:

      bool QElapsedTimer::hasExpired(std::chrono::milliseconds timeout) const
