Slider handle cut off in Fusion Style

Using Fusion style with sliders that have tickmarks may result in cutoff handles as seen in the attached screenshot and example project.

How to reproduce:

1. Add a horizontal slider to an empty form in the designer.
2. Reduce height of the slider by using the lower drag points
3. Add ticks to the slider
4. Run with -style fusion
