When changing the display color profile then it is causing any QGraphicsView to change its colors even though changing the color profile should not change anything visually. This can be reproduced with the dragdroprobot example, then changing the profiles via System Preferences | Display | Colors.
The problem seems to be that we don't repaint when the color profile is painted, thus repainted areas will have a different colour than areas that are not repainted.
