Text selection handles should disappear either instantly or after a timeout once the virtual keyboard is dismissed.

Attached a minimum viable project where this can be reproduced.

Tested on OnePlus 9 running Android 13 and an emulator with Android Automotive 31.

Steps to reproduce:

• Enter text into a Textfield (or other text input element probably)
• Select the entered text, so that the selection handles and virtual keyboard appear
• Close the virtual keyboard

Expected result

Based on QTBUG-58700, the selection handles should disappear. If not instantly then at least after a certain time.

Actual result

Selection handles remain visible indefinitely.
