[Qt CoAP] CI integrations pass even when the tests fail

      The CoAP tests on the CI fail for quite some time due to SSL errors, and some other issues.

      Still, all the integrations pass successfully.

      One reason for that can be that Qt CoAP's coin/module_config.yaml uses coin_module_test_template_v2.yaml template for running tests, while most of the other modules use coin_module_test_template_v3.yaml.

      That requires some more investigation, though.
