Description
On Windows Server 2022 as the docker host If top level configure and build is done Qt VncServer does not build, If Qt Vncserver is skipped and build separately it works.
Essentially when built as a full top level build, the build fails in qtvncserver, when qtvncserver is configured and built separately it seems to build correctly.
Compiler used is MSVS 2022
